TERMS & CONDITIONS
| 1. | All the returns need to be clear by 15th of May 2025 to to be eligible for the scheme. No return will be taken post 15th of May 2025. Distributors shall complete all the return formalities by 15th of May 2025. |
| 2. | Hamara SAAF Award Scheme is valid from 1st of April 2024 to 31st of March 2025. |
| 3. | Results will be purely based on the volume and performance. Results will be chosen through a Computerized selection process. The selection process will be done by an independent agency to ensure fairness. |
| 4. | Final Results of all categories of the scheme within Pan India will be announced in June 2025. Incase of any unforeseen events or force majeure, the results may be delayed. |
| 5. | Winners will be selected & the same shall be announced on dedicated Hamara SAAF Award scheme web page. The winner will be informed by UPL SAS team of the respective zone/state. |
| 6. | UPL SAS reserves the right to alter or change or amend the awards category and criteria without prior information. |
| 7. | No credit note of award value will be provided or credited in the account of the Awardee by UPL SAS against any gift. |
| 8. | Distributors will only be eligible for 1 Award per category. Additional coupon or award in the same category will be infructuous and void. |
| 9. | Any taxes on the prices will be borne by the Distributors. |
| 10. | If the distributors win Award 1 or 2 (Vehicle) is offered on Ex-show room. All the formality & payments of taxes/insurance/GST will be borne by the Winners. |
| 11. | All disputes, arising hereto, shall exclusively be referred to the Courts at Mumbai. |
